Jan 4th I started the "Master Cleanse" for 5-days. Drank the lemonade, cayenne pepper and grade-a maple syrup. That's it. Nothing else. I went from 203 to 194. Since then, I've been eating WAY LESS than I normally do. Chicken breast, fruits and veggies, and high fiber cereal. I'm now down 184 with a target of 175. After that, it's going to be cardio and lifting. The cleanse made me feel better than I had in 10 years. I'm glad to see you're doing something about overall health.

It doesn't get any easier as we get older. Keep it up dawg!!!! The most important thing I did, was to break old habits.
