You cannot have a great pad with no dust. It's very contradictory.

I've had AEMs for two years and good so far. I was going to switch to Hawk HP+ pads which have more stopping power than AEMs but some say they are not friendly to rotors.

Another thing you should consider when switching to new pads is upgrading the brake fluid. I went to Valvoline SynPower and my braking power is more consistent than before.
