Do a reward vs risk assessment, is it worth it? Are you financially stable enough to jeopardize your employment on this? Is the company doing a co-pay for your education? Is one person really worth it? (sadly knowing there will be another ... and another)

You're in an office of 10. (not counting yourself) That means the large majority of the people there are good. Reverse your thinking and see the positive in the office.

If you need to vent, just talk to a friend at the office. Don't say anything you'll regret, but share the story ... share how you feel. There's nothing like a little support.

Also, they'll become evidence of the incident.

You go to the clubs, you see groups of ethnic people. It's not because they want to exclude all others ... it's just they've all been shit on for being "different" at one point in their life.

When you find someone like you, not just for interests, but even from a background perspective ... you hold on. It's an instant bond because you know exactly where they're coming from.
