well it seems the civic is out of the range now. this really sucks. my AEM CAI that i have on my 95 accord sucked in some water last night. needless to say, i think my whole motor is fried. won't know until tomorrow though when my mechanic rips it apart. but needless to say, AEM says that i should have sixteen inches of clearance with the filter. so if the water was only eight inches deep, then how did water get sucked in? i don't know, but it seems to me that an h22 swap is in order, not to mention AEM paying for it. and if they refuse, its completely ok, my lawyer can talk to them about it, and if that happens, well hell, i may have my car completely built, with a civic completely built for that matter. so, what is the concensus on this?
