new wheels, springs and shocks should come first before sway bars and strut braces. 2001 was the year they started making the type s for the CL. either get a 01 or 02 sway bar but make sure you get the bar for the type s. the base CL bar is 1mm smaller in diameter. you can get neuspeed stuff from nopionline.com at a resonable price.
