You need to pound a pretty decent size dent for the alternator to clear. Also the torque mount can just be smashed in. I ran into the issue of having to cut my crossmember to allow my exhaust manifold to clear. So be prepared for that incase you run into the same issue. Your harness will plug and play as long as you stay obd0. If you stay obd0 make sure the ecu is a PR4 from a 90-91 5speed integra. You can use an auto ecu, but it will throw a code. I just took my blown up motor out of my crx to start building, and threw a fresh low mile LS in there today in under hour and a half. Its not too hard.
