nevermind i figured it out. I just didnt put the terms together.
I just unbolted the ground circut box and noticed thier was some water in thier "not a big deal" but what i found was the paint was actually making not be able to get metal to metal contact.
Not only were my light screwed up because of this but my idle was low and my blinkers were haywire and my wipers you think they would have used seperate grounds for all of these. But oh well all fixed now
