hmmm.....here in the Bay Area, they don't use the rollers. Make sure your vacume lines match that of the car the engine came from. When I took my car to the state ref, he told me you have to upgrade your smog equipment to the year of the motor. For example, if the engine was from a 98 GSR and it was dropped into a 91 CRX, you have to convert the car to OBD2 to make the swap legal.
