Depending on the camshaft's your planning for, keep in mind that stiffer Valvesprings & TI Retainers will wear out much quicker than OEM Honda. Supertech is a good choice though, if your using aggressive cams.
I'm not sure what your asking - are you building 2 seperate engines? One NA and one Turbo?
A B18 with the b16 vtec head would be a potent motor. Boost that and you will make decent power.
