2001 Integra GS
I have the same issue with my car.. P1607 PCM I.C.F. I have spent over $600 at two different garages and then another $200 at Acura to diagnose the problem. They told me I needed to get a new ECU and wanted to charge me around $1500. I was also told I had an OBD2 in my car and it was posible to change it with an OBD1.... But you still have to reprogram your ignition keys if you change it or the car will turn over but wont start. I don't know for sure if it will work for you but you should see if it might help... Im doing it to my car and it will only cost $450 plus the reprogram cost...
Good luck
