Hmmmm. Best answer i can give ya is i can check at work and see if anyone has a set of templets laying around and maybe try to mail them to you.

Other wise maybe see if the local dealor has the kit in stock and ask them if there is anyway they can make a photo copy of them and from that you can cut them out and use them.
