erl makes a 5 main girdle that's stronger than the gsr's stock 3 main. i feel though that if you balance the crank and use new bearings in an lsvtec setup you dont need the girdle. the headgasket in the golden eagle kit is a modified oem gasket. oem gaskets can take a lot of abuse as is. i wouldnt be so focused on 30psi, rather how much power you want to make regardless of how many psi it takes you to get there. hp is what breaks stuff not psi.
