I wouldnt' suggest getting just HIDs put into your lights. You'll going to be blinding on coming traffic, have major glare and hot spots, the lighting will be more up into the trees than onto the street like they're suppose to be. I would suggest having a retrofit done. You'll be more happy with the end result with a retrofit over just a regular HID kit. I've done several retrofits for people who used to have just HIDs in their housings, and they've told me that once I put projectors into their lights, their visabitly was twice as good.
