I started with my company October 2004. So far I've rec'd
one raise in September 2005 @ 3%.

In July/August 2006, I switched to a 30-hour employee instead of 40 because of my school schedule. Because of this, my supervisor said he didn't
want to give me a review.
We recently decided to doing a common review date instead of anniversaries so now everyone will get reviews in February and raises in April. I told my boss that I wanted a review even if I couldn't get a raise so that I could know how I was doing. He said
probably. So
if I get one...it won't be for a little while and it will be LONG overdue.
