Default F22 hybrid block/head?

I have a question. First let me tell you what I've got. I have an F22 from a 94 Accord EX, Vtec engine. I also have an F22 from a 90 Accord EX. It does NOT have Vtec (too old). Now the Vtec motor has 167,000 miles on it and the non-Vtec motor has 140,000 miles on it and seems to pull much harder. Is it possible to put the Vtec head on the non-Vtec motor. I am under the impression that the block is the same between the two cars, especially since the 94 engine is SOHC as well. So all that being said, can I put the Vtec head and ECU on the Non-Vtec block. I eyeballed it and the engines look extremely similar, almost twins, except for that big VTEC on the vlave cover. If anyone knows or can offer insight it would be very helpful. Dropping in a whole engine is no prob for me, but this kinda stuff I am not sure about. (Notice the sig)
I also posted this in the Engine Tech section of the forum, but I think more tech questions on Accords are answered here. Oh yeah, if this engine can be put together, it is gonna be in the 90 Ex for sale.
