Hell if you can get a spoon motor or a JG motor then do it B16A B18C1, whatever. The H22 is too much of a mess IMO to swpa in that car. A JDM B16A and the B18C1 are the same as far as I'm concerned. If boost is your vise then the B18B1 is the ticket. My next motor will be a Built B18B1 with a nice ball bearing snail on it. It's all apples and oranges unless you want to compete seriously or something. GSR motors are pricey compared to the JDM 92+ B16A and they have the same horsepower with a minor difference in torque. The head and valve train is better on the B16A, and Type-R parts are easy as pie to slap on. But like I said, the differences are really trivial IMO. The VTEC head on the NON-VTEC block is a waste of time and hassle IMO. If it were such a great combination then racers would use it. Mad power is had all motor but possible, and for that, the GSR is the weapon of choice for reasons I'm not aware of because all the all motor guys are real hush hush and they each have their tricks. Just my thoughts, Good Luck
