However weird, the rodent story is Honda's and they're sticking to it, and it is possible but maybe not probable. The bottom line is I don't think it's worth the time and effort to try and prove them wrong. For what it's worth, make a complaint to Honda, and maybe they'll goodwill it. If they refuse just buy the harness and move on.
