I read in another forum (hondaprelude.com) that this happened to a lot of prelude ownders, including me. A lot of people say it's the arm that drives the clutch out when you step on the clutch. It squeaks cuz there's there's not enough grease on it. You can part of sticking out of your tranny, where there's a pivoting rod on it. I know it's this part because when I ask a friend to step on the clutch in and out, the noise is coming exactly from there. I just had my clutch replaced too, but I didn't know it was that part squeaking, else I would've greased it up real good.
