as some of you know, my job recently changed dramatically and we've been fighting ever since for adequate pay. well, hr approved some things today

i got a 10% base raise (from 17.48 to 19.23).

additionally, our shift differential will be better as well

night shift gets additional 12%
mid (evening) shift gets additional 10%
weekend shift gets 5-8% (undecided)

additionally, on a shift where we'd work 3x12hrs weekends, we'll get 40 hours.

this is good news
