The Endyn can doesn't use a vaccum source. It has two hoses connected to fittings at the back of the block that go to the can with an open breather element on top of it.
A catch can isn't completely necessary in your case but it wouldn't hurt. The stock PCV system should be efficient enough.
PCV system is not all that effective without vacuum sources. thats like asking vapors/oils to JUMP up and out of your block.
