yea it is, and im sure it can be tuned better. there were several mods added in after it was tuned. barely got it to run right on 91. doesnt matter anymore, the motor is gonna get pulled in the next week or so. when it finds its final resting shell, it will be retuned and ill post the results up.

just saying the torque is low for those cams and displacement. i would expect at least 150-160wtq with pro2's.
