One time I placed an online order with Papa John's and the guy there called me back, "uh yeah my delivery guy is sick today, would you like a refund?" I was way hungry and didn't have anything decent to eat at home, so I said screw it I'll come pick it up. I had already charged the tip on my card so he just refunded it out of the register.

That said, 2 hours is a goddamned ridiculously long amount of time to wait for a pizza, unless it's the Super Bowl or something.
