I made the grill myself. I used some grill material I bought from ebay for like $20. It is not the guter gaurd stuff - that **** stains, rusts, and doesn't look as good cause the openings are much smaller.

Basiclly, i cut out all of the black backing in the grill with a keyhole saw (a dremel would have been nice). I cut the entire unpainted part out - not just the cross members. Then I removed teh front lip and spill gaurds and worked the mesh up from behind. I had to bend the mesh to fit the irregular shape of he opening. Then I fastened it with some really small zip ties. Thats it - the only hard part was cutting out the opening. Since the mesh is put in from the back, it doesn't need to be cut exactly to fit.
