you would need to bore and stroke a b16 to get 2L. even then it still wont reach your power goal. start with a b18a/b/c block and sleeve and bore to 85mm. are you looking for 250whp or bhp? there's a big difference. the compression needed to make that kind of power wouldnt take too kindly to that much nitrous.
