that's a really good deal might have to try it. I get my whey from a grocery store. 1 scoop of it or 30 grams has 24g of protein. so i get 48g of protein with my two scoops. cholesterol is at 7% of DV per scoop so that's good. GNC stuff is purely buying the brand. As far as which one is better you kind of have to try them out. I had problems with some kinds of supplements sitting in my stomach and making me feel sick at times.
advice = when picking a flavor of whey think of what that flavor of milk would taste like. ( i got some tropical punch flavored whey once and i ended up throwing it away cause it tasted so bad). chocolate is best IMO. Also aviod soy protein unless you like soy milk.
