typically what you should do is find a local tuner, ask them to make you a basemap. you tell them your setup, motor, injectors, turbo etc and they'll make a safe map accordingly. if your running an obd1 ecu you can have them socket the ecu as well and install the basemap chip. if your running obd2, you'll need to convert to obd1, or look into other tuning solutions to stay obd2. i convert to obd1 for daily driving, then back to my stock obd2 ecu and a vafc to pass state inspections.

once you sort out your tuning setup, take it to get dyno/street tuned or do it yourself if you feel up to it.

as far as the mani im not sure. turbo and injectors are a good matchup for your motor tho.
