You cannot just use a flashed ECU, it will kill your motor...
You would need to be tuned to use 450's... The amount of fuel depends on the amount of airflow (size of turbo)...

From your post it does not seem like a good idea for you to "slap" a turbo on your car... It seems like you need to do some more reading and research to find out what is going to happen when you stuff 7psi of air into your motor with NO fuel tuning... KABOOM

No seriously though, you need to understand the theory behind what is happening with a turbocharger... Just read and read, then read some more...
