I leased a 2004 Accord EX V6 6spd on which I got a really good deal, and I may buy it out at the end of the lease. I'm looking to make some mods to it, but want to preserve both the warranty and (as much as possible) the stock look (and hopefully the quiet ride). What are some mods I can make? are there any? I mean besides dropping in a K&N filter or something... (has anyone had noticeable results from even just that?). A friend of mine mentioned I could chip the car without voiding the warranty, but i'm not sure.

chipping the car would be the # 1 reason your warranty would be voided.
If you surely plan on buying the car out after your lease is up I would upgrade the suspension system and drop in a K&N filter.
