I don't see it possibly staying FWD.
This would mean adapting basically a Taurus front end under a Prelude (yes the Taurus tranny will handle the 5.0) and I believe the size constraints will be pushing the firewall back considerably not just to accomodate the engine but also the transmission.
The location of the engine (off the top of my head) will be way too far forward to address any cooling system, in fact he will have to remove the radiator and fabricate a new cross support and move the engine forward to get the Taurus axles to go to stock Lude locations. Then he will have to design new crossmembers and fabricate the motor mounts for the vehicle.
The easiest way and most realistic is a RWD setup using a shortened Ford 9 or the 8.8 out of an Explorer.
