This ratio will work for pretty much all fwd / direct drive vehicles. You will how ever notice a way different ratio with much more loss of power when you are using drive shaft. Like in say a mustang's / camaro's / ect. where you have engine in the front with rear wheel drive connected via drive shaft. There is a lot of power loss there.
