just bought a 97 del sol si, sohc vtec, and have a few questions.

1}
my key doesn`t fit the trunk or what appears to be the lock on the storage compartments behind seats, is there a second key that I am missing?

2}
only 1 speaker is working, so went out and got new 6 1/2" speakers with shallow cone for the rears, but am wondering how to access them, is there a trick to removing the panel that covers the rear speakers?

3}
has 108k km with no history, i would assume the timing belt has not been replaced, how long do these belts last? i know these cars are interference engines so i better do that right away.

4}
Is there a weak spot on these cars i should be watching for, ie: common engine or transmission failures?
