we setup an old pc on the bench that wasn't in a case. It didn't have LEDs and it was an old P90 so it didn't even have a fan on it. we didn't know it was on and it was acting as the router (linux) and we had started up a large transfer for an ISO (was like a dreamcast game or something), we weren't paying attention and then one of us needed the NIC from it and just pulled it out while it was on and interrupted the unresumable transfer. So we had to put it back in, restart the system, restart the download... took an extra 4 hours to get the ISO.

So then I went to open a bag of chips and it ripped all down the side and chips went all over me, that was the worst.
