Out of all the projects i've seen, maybe 3-4 were completed.
One of the main highways here has been under construction for 5 years and looks like they just started yesterday.

we have a couple loops that circle our city.
the most inner loop has been under construction for at least a decade, and they still have more work to do with two major interchanges. figure 3-4 years, the north side of the loop will finally be "done"
