I wouldn't scrap the car for that. Where do you live? File a suite with the District Justice (Same organization that deals with traffic citations, rent eviction, etc.) Then maybe they'll cooperate.

If you don't mind doing it yourself, you might look into another head as somebody stated in your other thread. Or just find a reputable shop/dealer to do it and make "Keener" pay.
