Yes but the after-market over sizes come in larger increments than OEM. Over sized/Under Sized bearings are used when the crankshaft is ground & re-surfaced (which Honda does not recommend!). When you order ACL .010" over, your still getting a "green" sized bearing. They are just .010" thicker, and there is no available "step sizes" to adjust your oil clearance to honda's precise requirement.

A dial bore gauge is excellent to measure the bores, and a micrometer will measure the bearing thickness - but how can you be positive of your oil clearance? If funds allow, use them! I still recommend plasti-gauge to double check, however.
