working the door at the club, there is this girl who works at another club who has been coming down & hanging out outside talking to me for a few weeks. i've been interested in asking her out, but never seemed to have the nerve or the right timing

we had danced around the subject of going out one weekend, but never made any definate plans.....so i haven't seen her in 2 weeks, but last nite she came in & stayed in the club all nite, but came out to chat a few times. at the end of the nite, she comes over and this was the conversation....

her - how are we suppose to go out if you are working here every weekend?

me - well you just need to tell me what weekend you aren't working & i'll take off from here too

her - well i'm thinking about taking off next friday....are you working here??

me - apparantly not (shit-eating grin)

her - well i guess i'll see you tomorrow nite & we'll talk more about this
