You can either goto: MSConfig -> Run/Startup
Just add your programs path there.

Or goto Run -> Regedit -> HKeyLocalMachine -> Software -> Microsoft -> Windows -> Current Version -> Run

Right-Click somewhere under the files, goto new -> key and type the name and file path.
