From my perspective, Sony got so caught up in trying to sell the console and not the games, that they sold themselves and pretty much forgot about the games and just put so much effort into the hype of the console.

Fuck the console, I don't play PS3, I play games.

Sony, take a good look at the Wii, what it can do and the games for it. Nintendo is selling the games and the experience. Not a console.

IMO that's where sony is having a fault.
