okay. well i hardly know anything about motors. i want my car to have a lot of power and put a turbo in. i just want to know a few questions from a person who knows nothing.

what does swappin all these motors do b18 and things and waht do the letteres mean. i dont know ..and ive been reading about people swapping em out of used cars. does that mean these motors are just other cars stock motors?does that make em a lot faster? wats special about em? more cylinders? what?if i understood this it would help a lot
