That 3rd one by ThermalTake is pretty nice.

I'd get the Dynamat kit for it. It's like $25-30, just stick em around on the inside of the case, helps a noticeable amount.

Get the biggest and slowest fans you can. Big and slow = decent airflow with low noise. I'd probably say no more than 2500rpm on the fans if you want quiet. And make sure to get a PSU with a nice big 120 on it, adjustable would be nice.

My Raptor doesn't run any hotter than my SATA 120 or ATA100 160 or old ATA100 40.
