Slaloms favor narrower, front-heavy cars. Moving through them the nose doesn't move side-to-side nearly as much as the rear end of the car.

The result page then compares features across models and trims, and provides before and after price comparisons. Members (membership is free to people who help out with the reliability research) can substitute their own values for features, providing a more accurate feature-adjusted comparison, but most people seem to find the default values close to their own.
