Stupid old f****** manager.

Everything went great but, he put some notes down on where to improve.


This is such total bullshit. I laughed at him when we were discussing this.

1. ( name ) should exhibit better time management skills so that feedback on special requests and assignments is made in a more timely fashion.

2.Must occasionally volunteer for overtime when an emergency arises.


My answers now:

1. All projects assigned to me are completed well over a week before its due date ( MS Project) showed him proof. He will ask me to do some projects and at the same time ask another co-worker to do the same.
Meanwhile two people are working on the same shit and we dont know.

Year to date project requests were printed out and placed on his desk and asked him when hes ready we should discuss the projects in question that werent completed in a timely fashion ( still hasnt accepted my outlook meeting request )

2. Occasionally volunteer? I fricken show up to work at 6am!!!!!!!!!! when my start time is 8am. Not my fault that the evening tech calls out at 350pm as im about to walk out the door. I dont live to work.

Im telling you its like they need to make up some b.s. just so they wont really give you a high increase during review time.
