Default need help tighten/tensioning timing belt.

alright the other day i installed cams, it drove fine for 2 days an the other day i turned it off an went to bed, the next day i woke up an it wuld not start, its gettin fuel, spark, an compression .. an the radio gets power after tinkering with it, i noticed that my intake cam gear was not aligned up with my exhaust cam gear so anyway i took valve cover off, an reset my cam gears to TDC an my pulley at TDC but i can not get belt tight, my friend did it for me the last time an he isnt around today, nor tomorrow wen i am going to try to finish this.. can anyone help me by telling me how to tighten my belt.. i know u have to loosen the belt, an push on somethin as u tighten the belt but i dont kno what to push on.. wuts it look like, i kno its by the spring.. does it have teeth? thank you for the help..

if this will not make my car start anyone got any suggestions since im gettin spark, fuel an have compression?..
