I believe he's talking about the shocks... not the springs.

Since the spring rate is higher for OEM Integra springs, I would expect the rebound damping on Integra shock to be firmer as well.

I would err on the side of caution and use OEM Integra rear shocks, even though the 92-96 Civic shocks may fit.
