Ok so this is my problem. My 94 lx has a noise coming from somewhere while I am driving. I don't know where it exactly is coming from but I do know that is usually happens while I am in gear and not on the gas.

Ok let me give an example as that was kind of hard to understand. Let's say that I am driving and there is a light ahead so i get off of the gas while still in gear and apply the brake, there will then be this awful metal noise. It's not exactly a grinding noise, as if i were to be grinding gears, but it definetly sounds metal on metal. I thought originally that it was my cat rattleing but that was not the case because I had my cat replaced already, not the heat shield either because I checked that already. So that about sums it up any help would be great.
