Default Doing brakes this weekend

Well on my way over to my friends house I started hearing the metal on metal rubbing and some clanking noises from the rear brakes. Those things have to be old, because when I bought them (rear disks) they were all rusty and looked like they have been sitting at the dismantler for a while. Well I plan to put my brembo drilled and slotted rotors and some ebc greenstuff pads (that is if my friend can hook me up for cheap), otherwise its the napa ceramics. How hard is it to do this?? As far as experience with cars I have assisted with 2 swaps and engine builds, I've done a lot of wiring, and small stuff like installing suspension, shifters, lights, etc... I have the Haynes manual for integra and the online helms... Should I venture into this by myself?? Thanx a lot
