You misunderstood. I'm saying that scholarships for minorities are to help increase the number of minorities in college, but that there are also plenty of scholarships available to white kids (of which some are actually tied to being caucasian in a slight way, but in general just scholarships to which anyone can apply, not to mention financial aid).
