So I was visiting wine country yesterday with the gf and we stopped by this cheese shop. They had tons of samples. I tasted this Habanero Jack that was to die for. It tasted like a good Pepper Jack, but with MUCH more kick to it. I am not a huge fan of spicey foods, but man, I had to get me some of that.

I just wanted to share because its 2:30am and I just had 4 biscuits with melted cheese on top. :drool:
