yea, sounds like my friend here with the 91' prelude should just sell give it to the junkyard. He got it for $500 and really... b21a1 or b20a5 seems like a waste of money/time. I'd rather see him buy a 92 integ and get the better late model b-series or 92-96 prelude with the h23.
