Default B16A problem. Can you help?

I got the car about 8 months ago.

91 CRX Si with a B16A.

Did the normal maintenance to it.

Plugs are gapped at .044mm

Just replaced injectors, runs the same.

Put on an Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator, and gauge.

Runnin 32-40PSI, and have ruled out that it might be a fuel issue.

Car runs fine when warm and driven for about 20 minuites. But still has a slight miss at idle and below 2k rpm, I can see the tach bump up and down about 100-50rmp and can slightly feel it miss. and I can hear it miss if I am behind the car.

Its bad when I first start it. drops 500rpm randomly.

And after I warm it up and drive it for a little while, it still misses, but its harldy noticeable.

I dont think it is a ignition problem, everything has been replaced as far as that goes.

NGK v-power plugs
NOLOGY Wires
Cap
Rotor

Some people told me it might be my Coolant Temp Sensor sending a wack signal to the ECU and causing it to malfunction.

I have one code (23) Knock sensor unplugged or defective.

Would that cause my problem?

Had a valve grind and new seals about 6000miles ago.

Plugs are clean.

Any ideas?

I just want it to run smooth at idle!
